MetaTravelers is an original sci-fi universe I co-founded in 2021. It began as motion comics, launched as a digital collectible drop that sold out in 15 minutes, became the Legendari, premium 7-inch action figures with up to 29 points of articulation, designed with Four Horsemen Studios and written by Andy Lanning (Guardians of the Galaxy), and is now being rebuilt as an AI-first transmedia company.
I’ve owned the technical, creative, and operational systems at every stage: smart contracts, generative 3D pipelines, production workflows, fulfillment, our Shopify storefront, and the agent systems that now run internal operations.

Smart contract, generative 3D asset pipeline, automated rendering, metadata, and delivery for the MetaTravelers digital launch.

Physical product pipeline spanning design-for-manufacture, factory coordination, QC, packaging, crowdfunding fulfillment, B2B materials, and Shopify operations.

A ranking engine for human attention in multi-agent systems. Watches tasks, runs, and agents, then ranks the single human touch that would unblock the most valuable agent work, each with a plain-English reason it surfaced now.
ROLE: sole architect and engineer, built and shipped as open source (MIT)
OUTCOME: Runs in daily production coordinating the agent workflows behind MetaTravelers, two-person team.
Knowledge and agent harness layer for a two-person company: docs, journals, build logs, retrieval, and reusable operating context.

BEFORE: Research, production updates, support context, content planning, and build logs lived across scattered tools and founder memory.
AFTER: Agent workflows route work through an orchestrator, queue, executors, and human approval, so a two-person company ships, logs, and learns like a larger one.
