Act I — Origin (2021)
Motion comics and worldbuilding came first. The IP predates every product format: characters, lore, visual language, and a story-first universe that could survive multiple distribution experiments.
MetaTravelers began as story and motion comics, became a sold-out digital collectible launch, moved into premium physical action figures, and is now being rebuilt as an AI-first transmedia and collectibles company.
Premium 7-inch action figures, from story universe to collector shelf.
Motion comics and worldbuilding came first. The IP predates every product format: characters, lore, visual language, and a story-first universe that could survive multiple distribution experiments.
I built the launch system across smart contract work, a generative 3D asset pipeline, automated rendering, metadata, and delivery. The result sold out in 15 minutes.
I led production operations with creative, design, and manufacturing partners as the same universe moved into premium 7-inch Legendari action figures with up to 29 points of articulation, designed with Four Horsemen Studios and written by Andy Lanning (Guardians of the Galaxy). The work expanded into design-for-manufacture, factory coordination, QC, packaging, crowdfunding, fulfillment across North America, B2B sell sheets, collector communication, and a Shopify storefront selling into 27 markets.
The current rebuild is an operating-system bet: an agent orchestration layer, a company second brain, content pipelines, and agent-supported workflows so a two-person IP and collectibles company can operate with leverage while keeping humans in control.
The hard parts are state, promises, exceptions, and trust: preorder messaging, address changes, fulfillment waves, wholesale terms, international settings, and support context that survives longer than a single campaign update.
That experience changed how I build software: the best tools don't just increase conversion — they preserve trust after the sale.
